Britain's Got Talent 2009 grand final provided a shock result. As teenage dance group sensation Diversity stole the show with an electrifying and imaginative performance which ultimately took the title away from the runner-up Susan Boyle.
The Britain's got talent judges could not single out a clear runner for the title and described this years grand final as the closest yet with 6 or more acts capable of winning. With standards so high heartbreak was inevitable, before the start of the final the smart money was heading for global phenomenon Susan Boyle. The Scottish spinster with the voice of a diva was a dead cert for the main prize.
But it was to be Diversity a group of kids who's ages range from 10 -20 years old who produced a stunning routine to snatch the crown of Britain's got talent 2009 along with a chance to perform their smoking hot dance moves in front of the queen.
Susan Boyle gracious in defeat said this "The best act won" and heaped praise upon her victors claiming they have immense talent!
This was a stunning climax to a show that has been rocked with controversy, especially after last night when the Britain's got talent judges changed the rules to allow 10 year old Hollie Steel a second crack as she forgot her lines in mid song!
But tonight's show went off without a hitch and Britain's voted in their millions for the most talented dance group ever seen on the show.
